Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you (or your named third party) take possession of the last item.

Note for pre-orders: the withdrawal period only begins upon actual receipt of the goods — for pre-orders therefore after the later dispatch, not upon ordering.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Yahya Fetaiti, Hauptstraße 58, 85579 Neubiberg, Germany, phone +49 1575 7765025, email info@octavir.com — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary Return Conditions

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, returned items should be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@octavir.com. Once an order has been dispatched, the statutory right of withdrawal above applies.
