Pre-order means you reserve a product that is produced to order. Orders placed before 30 June 2026: estimated dispatch between 14–22 July 2026. Orders placed from 30 June 2026 onwards: estimated dispatch within approximately 2–3 weeks after the order date. All dispatch dates are estimates and may vary. Shipping (delivery) begins only after dispatch confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Dispatch. The estimated dates refer to the time until your parcel leaves our warehouse, not until it arrives at your door. Actual delivery time begins after dispatch confirmation and varies by destination — typically 2–5 additional business days for Germany and longer for international destinations.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and local fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are levied by the authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price.

If an international shipment is refused or not accepted by the recipient due to unpaid customs duties, import charges or other local fees, the customer bears all resulting costs, including return shipping and any storage fees, to the extent legally permissible.

For returns under your statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. This applies for returns from Germany, the EU and internationally. Postage-due shipments will not be accepted. In the event of defective or incorrect deliveries, return shipping costs are covered by OCTAVIR in accordance with statutory provisions.

OCTAVIR offers straps in two materials: Bioceramic (a durable composite with a fine matte surface) and 316L stainless steel (a corrosion-resistant marine-grade steel commonly used in watchmaking). Adapters are made of stainless steel. Carefully selected materials and selected manufacturing partners ensure consistent quality. Each strap is quality-checked before dispatch.

Only the statutory rights in case of defects pursuant to Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. OCTAVIR does not assume any voluntary guarantee beyond these statutory rights. The limitation period for claims arising from defects in new goods is two years from delivery.
